I am a trainer and fitness instructor, exercise instructor.
Imam blago sala na stomaku i tanke listove (vežbam ih, ali tu nema pomoći). Oženjen sam 15 godina (dok ovo čitate onda i duže). Imam dva sina, ljubi ih majka, koji me usrećuju i po malo izluđuju kao i svakog roditelja ove planete. Ponekad zapalim cigaretu uz kafu, čašu vina ili pivo. Jedem meso i puno povrća, tri boje moraju da budu u tanjiru za svaki obrok (nijanse braon i žute boje se računaju kao jedna). Od suplemenata koristim C vitamin i magnezijum. Proteine unosim žvakanjem.
In 2001, I entered the Faculty of Sports and Physical Culture and that's when my career began in the small "Gym Tonic" fitness center. In my previous work, I was a coordinator of personal and group trainers, an educator, I attended many courses and seminars, I tried various good and even better exercises...
...and I think I should share my knowledge, experience, jokes and laughter with the world.
