Training for skiers and snowboarders

From the office and sofa right to the track. This year we will prepare for those slopes (falls).

 

  • 21 great training sessions for all those who call themselves boarders and skiers.
  • 20 minutes of training a day and no winter.

 

All we need is 3 square meters, a mat and a strip (can be without a strip).

From mobility to strength — preparation that changes every ride

At the beginning of each training session, attention is focused on shaking all the joints and muscles. We emphasize the mobility of the hips. When our hips are mobile, we greatly reduce the risk of knee and lumbar spine injuries. Then we do exercises imitating movements and movements like when skiing or snowboarding. We strengthen the most important muscles of the legs, back and stomach. In the last seven training sessions, we will jump and make our heart beat in our chest.
