I don't want to brag, but I'm the best.

Me. Who am I? Milan Lalosevic

 

I am a trainer and fitness instructor, exercise instructor.

 

I have a bit of belly fat and thin calves (I exercise them, but it doesn't help). I have been married for 15 years (even longer as you read this). I have two sons, their mother loves them, who make me happy and a little crazy like every parent on this planet. Sometimes I light a cigarette with a coffee, a glass of wine or a beer. I eat meat and a lot of vegetables, three colors must be on the plate for every meal (shades of brown and yellow count as one). I use vitamin C and magnesium as supplements. I eat proteins by chewing. 

 

In 2001, I entered the Faculty of Sports and Physical Culture and that's when my career began in the small "Gym Tonic" fitness center. In my previous work, I was a coordinator of personal and group trainers, an educator, I attended many courses and seminars, I tried various good and even better exercises...

 

...and I think I should share my knowledge, experience, jokes and laughter with the world.
