The trainer then responds and sends you a request with a few questions. We do an online fitness assessment through several exercises. Tell us what you have in terms of exercise equipment at home or will you be working out at the fitness center.
The trainer creates 2 to 5 training sessions per week (2 is the minimum to achieve results, 5 is quite enough for us ordinary people). The training program contains sets of exercises distributed by day. Each exercise contains a description and a video of the correct execution.
We are in constant contact in order to optimally evaluate the number of sets, repetitions and loads for each exercise.
