What we see in the mirror today is a reflection of all our actions up to this very second. This scar on the knee is there from falling off the bike, the nicely braced arms are there because of continuous exercises, the pain that descends from the hip down the leg is there from sitting for a long time, this bit of fat near the belly button is there because we enjoyed the food, the healthy heart that beats in our chest is like that because we are walking on the mountain... And genetics? Habits beat genetics! From this second until the next look in the mirror, it is us and only us who decide what we want and what we do.
In order to progress in anything, we have to get out of our comfort zone, feel a slight discomfort. And those last few repetitions of the exercise are uncomfortable for us. And those few repetitions shape our muscles.
Body - basic (fundamental), simple and most essential exercises for functionality and shaping of the body with additional load or own weight. We perform 3 to 4 sets of squats, arm and shoulder girdle exercises, lunges and core exercises. Gym in our home.
