Cette ann\u00e9e, nous nous pr\u00e9parerons pour ces pentes (chutes).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">21 superbes s\u00e9ances d&#039;entra\u00eenement pour tous ceux qui se disent snowboarders et skieurs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">20 minutes d&#039;entra\u00eenement par jour et pas d&#039;hiver.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Tout ce dont nous avons besoin, c&#039;est de 3 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s, d&#039;un tapis et d&#039;une bande (peut \u00eatre sans bande).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Au d\u00e9but de chaque s\u00e9ance d&#039;entra\u00eenement, l&#039;accent est mis sur la stimulation de toutes les articulations et de tous les muscles. Nous privil\u00e9gions la mobilit\u00e9 des hanches. Une telle mobilit\u00e9 r\u00e9duit consid\u00e9rablement le risque de blessures aux genoux et aux lombaires. Nous effectuons ensuite des exercices imitant les mouvements du ski ou du snowboard. Nous renfor\u00e7ons les muscles les plus importants des jambes, du dos et du ventre. Lors des sept derni\u00e8res s\u00e9ances, nous sauterons et ferons battre notre c\u0153ur dans notre poitrine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cet hiver sera le plus beau de tous.
