I am me - I am a brother, I am a daughter, an aunt, a stepmother, a grandmother, an uncle, a friend, a godmother, a grandfather. I want to hike in the mountains, play soccer with my grandchildren, ride a bike with my girlfriend, jump over a stream, clean my apartment, clear the snow in front of my house with ease. I want to walk 20,000 steps around Barcelona and not really care where the rest bench is. Because I CAN, because I am STRONG. Because I&#039;m HEALTHY.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Circus: A Circle That Builds Strength<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Circus is a circuit training of medium and high intensity. Everything in the world of waves, moves in waves - and so do we at Circus. We will jump a little, then challenge the muscles to hold us tight, then make them strong as we lift our own weight, as well as weights. Finally, we calm the heart while lying down and strengthen the postural muscles. And so, someone will say - only 24 exercises. But each of them is a step towards a stronger, healthier and freer you.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Adapted for Everyone<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">For each exercise, we also show performance options, so that everyone can safely and optimally adapt the training to their needs and capabilities.
